We take a snapshot of where you are at.  We do this by conducing a Focus & Clarity session to get us starting right, off the blocks from the same page, in the right direction.

Step 2: Brand Landscape

This is the research phase where we find out what people think of you, we conduct competitive analysis, marketing analysis and present you with research findings.  This is our favourite part because of all the learnings and AHA moments that come out of this work.

Step 3: Brandfolio

Step 4: Brand Living

Step 5: Brand Scorecard

This is the all important follow up piece.  We check in after the work is delivered to evaluate the fit between the brand and who you are and to ensure that the implementation is taking place.  Time and again we have seen organizations invest the time and money in developing the brand only to put it on a shelf and forget about it.  This step ensures that doesn’t happen.
